Hello everyone, my name is X and my website has been banned by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). When I checked its status with Ahrefs, the domain rating is 16. I have created a new website now. I am currently ranking 7th for my target keywords, but my competitors above me have domain ratings ranging from 5 to 10. The server files of the banned X website are not available. I have re-established this site using a VPN.
Now, my question for you is: Should I fill the content of this X site with articles, set up AMP, and focus on mobile usability, or should I do a 301 redirect from the domain control panel to the new site? Which option would have a greater impact on rankings? Would it be better to properly set up the X site, include links in the footer and articles pointing to the new site? Or is it more beneficial to upload backlinks and hacklinks to the banned domain to boost the authority for other sites?
