450 Visitors 0 Clicks

Today, our website has received a total of 450 visitors so far. Interestingly, there have been 0 clicks yet. I have checked and there doesn't seem to be any issue with the ads when I look at them. There are no problems on either the homepage or in the content. So, what could be the issue since about 1000-1500 more people will be entering by 12? Note: I'm not mentioning the site but if anyone asks, I can send a private message.
