My computer has been infected with a virus, and I use Kaspersky Premium, but even this program couldn't detect the virus. I don't remember downloading anything from websites recently. I have reset all my passwords and keep receiving password reset requests in my emails repeatedly. Finally, I decided to reset my computer. After resetting my computer and resetting all my passwords again, I received another notification for a password reset request just now. I keep getting emails constantly. Does anyone have any information about how to help with this issue? Can I reformat the computer without taking it to a technician, or what else can I do? I would appreciate any assistance, thank you.
