A virus has been detected in the folder named System32 winsvcf.

Kaspersky detects the file named x584525.dat in the winsvcf folder inside System32 as a virus. When I try to delete it as suggested for mining reasons, the process starts but fails both when attempting to delete the file and when restarting the PC. After shutting down and turning back on, nothing changes. I wonder if it is really a virus or not.
