About Bc.Vc TC Identification Verification

Hello friends, I was using another link shortening site but I received feedback that the counters were inaccurate, so I got a bit discouraged. I want to use Bc.vc but it requires T.C. identity verification. I am undecided between using it or not. Why does it require this verification, and will it cause any issues?
