About Cloudflare DNS Change

I want to transfer my website to a different hosting provider from the current one. I have set up a Cloudflare redirect for my site. Now, how can I set up a new redirect to the new hosting provider through Cloudflare DNS? What do I need to delete from the Cloudflare DNS section?
