About Pagespeed and Gtmetrix

Hello friends, first of all sorry if this topic is in the wrong place. I am optimizing my website, but while Gtmetrix scores around 95-98 for example, pagespeed scores between 35-96. In this case, which one should we consider, or should I not base it on pagespeed when the Gtmetrix values are completed? Because the site has really sped up, but pagespeed keeps causing issues. Will this situation affect Google rankings? I would be very happy if friends who can provide information write. Thank you.
