About the Newspaper theme plugin

Hello. I installed plugins that came with the newspaper theme. However, I couldn't find "WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer)." In fact, there is no plugin with that name. But when I used the theme before, it would automatically appear in the WordPress panel. Even though I followed the guide below and installed the plugin in the image, it's still missing.
