About the theme I purchased from Themeforest

Hello, I purchased a theme from themeforest and installed it for a relative without charging any additional fees apart from the theme price. Would it be a problem if the site owner's name is different? Also, I have one more question: Do we pay this fee every year, or is it a one-time fee for a single domain?
