About the theme I purchased from Themeforest

Hello, I purchased a theme from ThemeForest and installed it for my relative without charging any additional fees aside from the theme price. Would it be a problem if the name of the site owner is different? Also, I have another question: Do we pay this fee annually, or is it a one-time fee for a single domain name?
