About the Theme I Purchased

Hello, I have purchased this theme at https://themereference.com/theme/razzi-wordpress-ecommerce-woocommerce-theme/. However, when I tried to create a homepage with Elementor in the theme I purchased, I couldn't create such designs because I don't have the pro version. Do I need to pay a fee to be able to design with Elementor, or can I do it without that? My website is dekortasi.com.
