About the Theme I Purchased

Hello, I purchased this theme at https://themereference.com/theme/razzi-wordpress-ecommerce-woocommerce-theme/ but when I try to create a homepage with Elementor on the theme I bought, I can't make such designs because I don't have the pro version. Do I have to pay a fee to be able to design with Elementor, or can I do it without it? My website is dekortasi.com.
