Add a section of "dle flat film theme" to my website.

Hello friends, I am using the DLE Flat Cinema theme. On this site, the theme displays recent topics at the bottom of the page, as seen in the image below. However, on my site, I do not have this section showing recent topics at the bottom like in the image. I only have the part above the recent topics. In summary, what I want is for the recent topics to be displayed at the bottom of my site just like in the first image. I tried to look at the codes from inspect element to see if I can make changes using my own code, but I couldn't do it. Is there anyone who can help me with this? Maybe someone can provide the code from inspect element or just tell me directly if they know how to do it. Thank you in advance
