Add dle flat film theme to my website.

Hello friends, I am using the DLE Flat Cinema theme. On this site, when you enter the theme, you can see the latest topics at the bottom as shown in the image below. However, I do not have this section on my site. I only have the part above the latest topics, just like in the image below. In summary, what I want is to have the latest topics appear at the bottom of my site, just like in the first image. I tried looking at the codes in the inspect element to see if I can make it work with my own codes, but I couldn't figure it out. Is there a friend who can help me with this? Maybe by providing the code from the inspect element or just telling me how to do it directly. Thank you in advance
