Add the dle flat film theme to my website.

Hello friends, I am using the DLE Flat Cinema theme. On this site, when you enter the theme, you can see the latest topics at the bottom as shown in the image below. However, I do not have this same section with the latest topics at the bottom; I only have the part above it just like in the image below. In summary, what I want is for the latest topics to be displayed at the bottom of my site, just like in the first image. I tried to look at some codes through inspect element to see if I could maybe figure it out and do it with my own codes, but I couldn't. Is there anyone who can help me with this or provide me with the code from inspect element, or if they know how to do it, please let me know directly. Thank you in advance
