Adding a subdomain to Wordpress 1 database

Hello, I am using the ?hs ******* infrastructure. I want to add blog.xxxx.com to my subdomain section. In fact, I am adding it, and when I connect via FTP, the subs folder appears. However, the main issue I am having is where and how to make an addition in the PHP section. ?hs ******* said you can do it using a table prefix. Said but I don't understand.
