Adding emojis to WordPress without using plugins

Hello friends, every time I mention Wordpress, it's always about plugins, plugins... I'm actually looking for a manual solution for everything now. I haven't added an image, but I want to add interactive emojis (like the ones on onedio) under the posts that will be compatible on both mobile and desktop. Does anyone have information on this?
