Adsense Invalid Traffic Issue (with screenshots)

I got hit with ad restrictions twice in 3 months. The traffic on my site in the last 30 days is as shown in the image attached. The majority of visitors are coming from Twitter and YouTube. The Search Console is slowly starting to improve. If AdSense is only looking at organic search, I could close my other accounts and just focus on content. However, I'm not sure if that's really the reason. I'm tired of these restrictions - what should I do to avoid policy violations? Please help. Site traffic in the last 30 days is rapid.
