Adsense Tax Payment

Hello friends. I have some income from Adsense. I asked an accountant whether I need to pay taxes or not. To become a taxpayer, he mentioned procedures like 1. Being a Ba?kur member with a monthly payment of 1000 TL, and 2. Paying the accountant around 150-200 TL per month, I think. However, my earnings for 2019 are around 8000 TL. My accountant said this amount won't be enough to cover these expenses. When I asked what should I do, he advised to continue until a decision is made. When it's decided, we can consider a compromise. However, he didn't have much knowledge about Adsense. I want to learn from you. How can I pay taxes on this income? Is there a way?
