Adsense Tax / Withdrawal

I have a simple blog site with AdSense approval and ads already in place. Some questions are bothering me regarding this topic. 1- Will I face any tax-related issues even if the balance is low? 2- How long can I keep the balance in my AdSense account without withdrawing it? 3- If I want to withdraw the accumulated balance to my bank account, do I have to transfer it to my own account, or can I transfer it to someone else's IBAN for a fee? 4- If I want to withdraw to my own account and pay the taxes, what steps do I need to follow? Additionally, I am currently employed and paying social security contributions. Will I be required to pay additional contributions?
