Adsense tax

I removed AdSense ads today out of fear that an advertising tax might be implemented. I read that some laws related to tax were passed under the omnibus bill. I haven't read the law specifically related to AdSense and how the tax system works for advertising earnings. Since there is some income, I wonder if tax will be imposed when payment is made. What should I do and how does the system work? I haven't used AdSense for a long time now. I would appreciate it if someone knowledgeable about this subject could provide advice.
