Hello, I have a new English website that has been active for 3 months. The Adsense TBM (Targeted CPM) is consistently not exceeding $0.20 USD. This means that almost all clicks result in $0.20 USD, even after receiving at least 100 clicks. There are no earnings of $0.21 or higher. Typically, websites in this industry have TBM values between $1-$2 USD. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
