Adwords Same Settings Different Results

Hello friends, I created a website called usluinsaatyapi.com for a client of mine 4-5 months ago and we ran Google ads. We advertised on keywords like Bolu stone mason, Bolu stone wall cladding with a daily budget of 5 ?. Now, in the same industry, another client of mine has a similar website called bolutasduvar.com. I ran Adwords ads using similar keywords, but it's spending 10 ? daily and we are not appearing for the desired keywords. I contacted Google Adwords, their responses were not satisfying, the client keeps calling every day asking why we are not appearing for Bolu stone mason keyword. I am new to Adwords, what should I do? Thank you for your help.
