Hello guys, I am an old webmaster and it's been more than 10 years since I last created websites. I want to create a new one and start by working locally. The thing is, I am very out of date. Is there something better and free compared to AppServ that has been released? I want to work on localhost to run my tests before uploading it to my web server. Also, if you know of any cheap hosting promotions to start with, please let me know.
