An incorrect tag was entered when withdrawing coins from Telegram.

I entered the wrong tag in my Telegram wallet to withdraw Dogecoins to Binance. I contacted Binance customer service, and they said they would refund it, but I also need to talk to the other party for it to arrive in my Telegram wallet. I couldn't find live support for Telegram anywhere.
