Hello, we would like to create a website for a company that manages apartment buildings and complexes. We want to have a personalized area within the site where we can input individual's debt information. For example, when a resident of Apartment A, Block 23 logs in with their unique username and password, they will be able to see their debt status. Similarly, all residents of Apartment A will have access to a page displaying our IBAN numbers. **Assuming we have 2 apartment buildings, when we add an admin for Apartment A, they should only be able to view the residents of that particular building, not the other one. **I would also like a section indicating whether a resident is a tenant or a homeowner, along with their contact information. **If a site design is needed, we prefer using WordPress initially. (Other preferences will also be considered) **Having a WordPress plugin would be beneficial for us. Our budget is around 250 TL at most. Please provide a quote based on this budget.
