As of yesterday, ad serving from AdMob was activated on my application. Following the activation of ads, a message was received stating to add or update the app-ads.txt file if it is missing or invalid to prevent significant revenue loss from advertising. After a brief investigation, I learned that we need to add the file to the root directory of our website. However, my application was developed on Android Studio and published on the Play Store. I do not have a website related to myself or the application. Would not setting up this app-ads.txt file result in revenue loss? Is it necessary for me to set it up? Thank you, have a great day.
