Application Recommendation That Utilizes Artificial Intelligence

I've seen this in a few places and I really liked it. People's faces look like they have been photographed in really beautiful places but it's done with artificial intelligence. I have no idea how they do this or with which program. I also don't know if they are doing it themselves or paying someone else to do it. I'm open to your recommendations and insights, my friends.
