Appserv MySQL Issue (Paid Support)

Hello, I had to reinstall MySQL in Appserv because it was not starting, and I overwrote the backup files. Now it's up and running, but when I access phpMyAdmin, I can see the table names, and there are no issues with the table using MyISAM engine. However, I cannot see the content of tables using the InnoDB engine, as it shows an error. Is there anyone who can provide paid assistance on this issue?
