Are separate servers beneficial for hosting, e-commerce, and forums?

Hello, as mentioned in the title, I wanted to proceed with 3 different servers. Each one is in a different location and connected to each other. I couldn't give an answer about whether this would be harmful or beneficial, so I wanted to consult with you. The main directory was consuming an average of 90 gbit of traffic per month and I thought dividing it would be the best option. Can I also get your opinions on this? I am proceeding with the main domain, e-commerce, and forum formats.
