Are there copyright issues on The Movie Database APIs?

Hello friends. I am planning to create a movie website. The site will only feature information and images about movies, TV shows, and individuals. There will be no viewing available. I will be gathering this information from the themoviedb website. Do you think this would still infringe on copyright laws?
