Assistance with Adwords advertising.

Hello friends, I am thinking about advertising on Google AdWords for my blog page. However, I have some question marks in my mind. Can I get a return on the investment I make? I have created my new ad with a smart campaign. I have set a daily budget of 34 TL, leading to payments of up to 1000 TL per month. Do you think this will be effective? I have entered my keywords. Should I target my ads initially in 1-2 cities or regions, or should I target the entire country of Turkey? I am undecided.
