Automatically send a backup of MYSQL via email.

Let's say that we have a website using multiple MySQL databases. I want these databases to be automatically backed up at 2 AM every night, and the backup file to be attached to an email and sent to the email address I specify. I would appreciate assistance from knowledgeable friends on this matter
