Background suggestion for publication

Hello, I'm waiting for your background suggestions for Twitch and YouTube live streams. There is a bed behind my computer, and it doesn't look good. The room is small so I can't change its position. Does anyone have a suggestion for this?

Also, how can I use lighting effectively?
