Banned domain and redirecting it

Hello everyone, my website has been blocked by the BTK. I haven't been able to take care of it for a while, so all my files have been deleted from the server. Unfortunately, I don't have backups, so I only have the domain left. I am having a new website created. How can I redirect this domain through DNS settings or what recommendations can you offer? Would it be appropriate to set up a new server, a new theme, and then do a 301 redirect? Or how can I redirect the domain to my new site without doing anything? Thank you for your answers.
