Block Spam Traffic

Hello friends, my company's name is being used without permission through illegal traffic ads on Facebook and Google, which I have no association with. This is a situation that is prohibited in the industry and could result in penalties. Despite blocking the domain the ads are directed to via htaccess, I am still receiving messages and forms. The other party has opened a Facebook page and is posting ads through it, not from my page. Even if we complain and shut down the ads, new ads with the same domain reappear 15 minutes later. How can I prevent this? This issue has halved our ad performance.
