C# Desktop Program with MSSQL

I have developed a desktop application in C#. It is running locally, but in order to run it on a server, I tried using several free MSSQL databases to check if the program works. However, I encountered permission issues with all of them. How can I fix these permission issues, or can someone provide a trial MSSQL server to help?
