Can a Skyblock server be opened with R9 3900X?

Hello, my package is ready and I am planning to get the server attached. Around 30-40 users will play, with a maximum of 60. The package is not extremely robust; it is a Skyblock 1.16.5+ with integrated Java Bedrock. Do you think this will be sufficient?

Furthermore, do you think it can handle 120 players at the same time?
