Can a VDS be obtained from Awm IT?

Hello. I am going to open a Minecraft server on version 1.16.5, and I need a powerful machine for this version. I have heard rumors that AWM Informatics machines limit performance and do not utilize all cores. Since they offer a free subdomain and web script like others, I have chosen them. Do you think it is a good idea to get a VDS from AWM Informatics? I am leaving a visual of the VDS I want to purchase.
