Can TRY be withdrawn from Binance TR to Papara?

Can I transfer money to Papara's IBAN as I asked in the title? I've heard that it's not possible, but Papara didn't used to have IBAN in the past, now they do. I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me. Have a great time in the forum.
