Can Two Values Be Entered Into One Row in PhpMyAdmin?

Hello, in a panel that I own, I receive an SMS after a customer purchases a product, but I want this SMS to be sent to both me and my partner, so I need to enter a second number in this section. How can I add the second value, is it enough to add a comma in between? By the way, this is how it looks on phpMyAdmin; I haven't made any changes on phpMyAdmin before, that's why I wanted to ask.
