I am considering starting a livestream. I have a laptop with the specifications of Monster GTX 1650 Ti, Intel Core i5-10200H, and 16 GB of RAM. Do you think I can start streaming? Also, while playing CS:GO, I usually get 80-100 fps but when I start streaming, I only get 20-15 fps.
