Change of name in Adsense payment profile cannot be made.

Hello everyone, I cannot make any changes to the name in my AdSense payment profile. The name field is currently locked, and I would like to change the person from whom I previously received payments. Can I receive payments from a bank account belonging to another person different from the name in the payment profile? I would appreciate your assistance.
