Change payment recipient in Western Union in Peru

Hello everyone, I want to change the recipient of the payment in order to collect through Western Union in Peru, but I need to know if there will be any issues, as the receipts always show my tax information: name, address, etc.

Can it be changed just once or multiple times? Will there be any problems with Western Union when collecting with a different recipient than before?
