Chinese ads affecting RPM, How to disable?

Hello, I just checked one of my blogs (in Spanish) with a very low page RPM for today and the time. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there are Chinese ads everywhere! Does anyone know how to deactivate them? I can't find a link to send an email to Google...
