Clicking on the link below the search bar on Google redirected to a blank page.

When I opened Google on my computer, I saw a shortcut under the search bar. It said something like "Success in the account..." and I clicked on it immediately to see a blank screen with the text 127.0.0.1. What does this mean? Should I be worried?
