Close your other Adsense account issue.

Hello, I have 2 Gmail addresses that I actively use. I applied for my new website with one of them, but received an error message to close the other account. About 3-4 years ago, I linked YouTube to the other Gmail account. Now, when I try to sign in to AdSense from both email accounts, I receive the following message. How can I close one of them? I can't find the option to close the account, I only see this page.
