Closing the old AdSense account and opening a new one

I used to have an AdSense account for my blog and had received a warning before. Now, I have closed the site and am continuing on YouTube to comply with the terms. If I close the old AdSense account and open a new one for YouTube, would it cause any issues? For example, would I need to enter a different address?
