CMP Payment - Charge your users who do not accept your CMP consents.

As most of you know, now, in order to display advertising and generate revenue from it, we need users browsing our sites to accept consents from an authorized CMP that uses IAB TCF v2.2. Additionally, the government of Spain requires the addition of a Reject consents button. That's why I have created:

This project uses the IAB TCF v2.2 API to prompt users browsing your site to accept consents from your CMP or pay with PayPal to browse without accepting them.

Requirements:
CMP based on IAB TCF v2.2 (Sirdata, Complianz, etc.)
Website in PHP (Wordpress or other PHP-based CMS).
Support for MySQL and MariaDB databases.
