Component for Creating Forms

Hello friends, What I am trying to do is: I need a plugin that supports user login and creates a form. I will have 2-3 types of forms. Users will log in to these forms 2-3 times a week. There will be a total of 50-60 users, which is not too many. Users who enter data into the form in the plugin will only be able to see their own entered data, while authorized users will be able to see all entered data. The plugin also needs to support exporting data. It doesn't matter what the infrastructure is, whether it's for WordPress, PHP script, another system, or an independent system.
